Google Cow
http://open-3d-viewer.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/web/index.html
Google launched this Virtual Cows on April Fools Day 2011 on the Google home page. However, it is also an amazing educational resource which is based on the open-3d-viewer which has been used to create a virtual human being too. You can rotate the cow and remove different layers to visualise blood supply, internal organs and the musculoskeletal system. This is a must see for any vet student - and anybody else who loves cows for that matter too!

3D Model Horse's Leg
http://oa.scopty.com
If you liked the virtual cows, then try this 3D model of the horse’s leg which was created as a free online resource by vet student Per Karlsson at the RVC. To develop this model, he used an MRI image dataset from the RVC Equine Department. The result is an interactive experience where users can learn more about how a horse’s foot is built up.

3D Dog
http://www.real3danatomy.com/bones/dog-skeleton-3d.html
This amazing resource has been developed by Dr Cathy Fuller and her team at the Centre for Comparative and Clinical Anatomy at the University of Bristol. Built from real images taken rendered into a 3D format which can be rotated, zoomed and progressively dissected. Great education and fun to use too!
