Blood Pressure Reference Ranges

Introduction

The following reference ranges for blood pressure indicate the variability between breeds in dogs. Common trends are for canine giant breeds to have a slightly lower than average blood pressure, and for racing breeds such as greyhounds to have a slightly higher than average blood pressure.
