Murcia Visit - News

Two students from the University of Murcia Faculty of Veterinary Medicine visited the Royal Veterinary College for one week as part of an exchange program.

The students spent some time at both campuses and met with the WikiVet team on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd April. The students gave their opinions on the creation of a Spanish WikiVet site, which has now been started. The students attended a workshop on the Saturday and had a go at editing the Wiki, where they created their school page in Spanish.

Many ideas were shared between RVC staff, students and the WikiVet representatives as to how Murcia can become more involved in WikiVet in the future. It is hoped that they will be able to assist in the creation of the Spanish site which will involve a lot of translation of existing material, but also creation of more too.
