Before coming to University (when I still had spare time!) I was a member of the Air Training CorpsThis meant I got to do what most boys love; shooting rifles, flying planes, that kind of thingIt was here that I really learned the value of Teamwork that I hope to bring into my worklife now

I hope to be able to develop the [[WikiClinical]] side of WikiVet, as this is something I would have loved to have had available when I was a student!  I've helped out a bit in the creation of the [[Donkey|Donkey section]] of WikiVet which I hope is going to be really useful!

I graduated from the RVC in the Summer of 2008 and had such a fab time that I didn't leave!

I'm currently working for the e-Media unit and am involved in developing a range of e-Learning materials for students, one of which is the Canine Radiographs programwhich is now downloadable

Since working for the RVC i've become increasingly interested in the use of Virtual Patients in Veterinary Education. These are computer simulations of patients that you are able to interact with, diagnose and treat. These are used extensively in medical education and are now starting to creep in to Veterinary education. Expect to see more virtual patients appearing on WikiVet soon!
