Introduction
Conditions encountered include guttural pouch disease, ethmoid haematomas, sinus disease and tracheal stenosis. Laryngeal paralysis and false nostril atheromas may be seen, while exercise-related conditions such as soft palate dislocation are not reported. Standard diagnostic and therapeutic considerations apply for most of these conditions.
