WikiVet is hosting a full day of workshops on the 12th July at Nottingham University School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, immediately prior to the 2nd Annual Veterinary Educational Symposium
The Symposium
The first Symposium was held at the LIVE centre at the Royal Veterinary College last year and was a huge success. This year promises to be even bigger and better!
Information about the symposium including how to book and further details about the content can be found on the symposium website
The theme for the symposium is innovation- we feel WikiVet fits well in there!
The WikiVet pre-conference Workshop
The WikiVet workshop will explore ways to use WikiVet at your schools and ways to integrate WikiVet into your teaching and/or learning. There will also be practical hands-on training to teach you how to author content within WikiVet.
The workshop would therefore be most suitable for Academic or IT staff from vet schools who wish to use WikiVet at their institutions, as well as anyone interested in authoring or creating content or integrating existing content into WikiVet.
The workshop is FREE and includes lunch and refreshments. The closing date for applications is Monday 27th June, if you would like to attend please email Barbora Stanikova, WikiVet's Chief Editor. She will be able to give you more details about the workshop, and information about accommodation if required.
