This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (10-16th May 2021).

We know so many of our users are vet students with exams going on at the moment - which is why we want to give this reminder to take some time to care for yourself amidst the busyness of the week. It's so important to both talk about, and take care of your mental health, especially within the veterinary profession.

The Webinar Vet has published a blog on a list of free webinars and podcasts available to those in the veterinary profession, all of which centre around mental health and wellbeing. Including a podcast from Rosie Allister, where she talks all about supporting veterinary graduates.
