About me

My home town is Lincoln, England and I've just completed second year at Nottingham Vet School as of June 2008. Presently I live in Kegworth, a village close to the campus with three friends. I've been involved in the project for a few months and am going to start contributing to it this summer.

What I hope to get out of this project

I hope to learn new things myself as well as helping the WikiVet project to grow.

Curriculum area that interests me

I'm particularly interested in Veterinary Endocrinology.

Day one thoughts

The project looks like it will be a real success once up and running and I look forward to being part of it.

What (three things) I learn't today

  • How to edit a wiki article
  • How to add a picture to a wiki article

What I still need to learn

What direct involvement I'm going to have in the project, and which areas I am particularly going to work on.

How I feel about what has happened today

I feel very positive about today, and the way the project is developing. I think that I have made some good contacts who I can work with in adding to the wiki.

Three weeks into the wikivet project (or thereabouts)

Sections I've been working on

What I feel I've gained so far from being involved in the project

Problems or issues that I've had or can forsee

My suggestions for improving the way the project works for the future

What involvement (if any!) I would like to have with the project in the future
