Dr. Sarah Abood received her Bachelor of Science degree (1984) and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (1988) from Michigan State University. After completing a one-year internship in large animal medicine and surgery at the University of Minnesota, she spent 5 years at The Ohio State University (OSU), working on a PhD and in a clinical nutrition residency with Dr. Tony Buffington.
