- Dogs are rarely susceptible to Mycobacterium spp. causing tuberculosis in cattle, usually either from human or farm animal source
- Gross pathology:
- Multifocal nodules, firm, calcified with necrotic centres
- Usually caudal lung lobes
- Also granulomatous pleuritis and haemothorax
