Formerly known as: Pasteurella trehalosi


Bibersteinia trehalosi is a species of the genus. It has T biotypes - trehalose fermenters. It causes pneumonia in ruminants, septicaemic pasteurellosis in feeder lambs and Mastitis in sheep.
