Recently the university applies for international evaluation. Curriculum is changing completely in two years. New curriculum should be pointed to practical teaching (what is organized as so called „Day One Skills“ – student has got a checklist and carry out tasks). Modern approach supports medicine of small and exotic animals while livestock medicine decreases. Main interest is in surgery, orthopedics, imaging methods and internal medicine. Next trend is differentiation in teaching – more optional subjects.

But as our rector says, graduates are ''multicompetent''.
