Diagnosis
Clinical Signs
usually result from food/fluid impaction in the sacculated area and can present as:
- regurgitation
- odynophagia
- retching
- postprandial dyspnoea
- anorexia
- sepsis if the diverticulum becomes perforated
- may be subclinical if small
