Coccidiosis - Duck

• Several Eimeria species

• Another coccidia species which produces 8 sporozoites but these are not enclosed in a sporocyst

• Causes severe enteritis and mortality in ducklings
  • Haemorrhages and pale focal lesions in small intestine
