Histologically there are several key differences between the appearance of autonomic and dorsal root ganglions. However, based on the histologic images of each avaliable, some of these key differences are not immediately apparent. Therefore a table detailing the specific differences has been included below as a guide. These differences are general observations and may not all be visible in each histologic image.
