| |History=The roots of the schools establishment goes back to Lviv 1881, where the school was located until the second World War. It was the third Veterinary school to be opened in Poland after Vilnius and Warsaw. After the war its activity was moved to Wroclaw, because Lviv was separated from Poland after eastern outskirt of Poland by soviet Army and German occupation. The surviving members of the academic community in Lviv moved and settled in Wroclaw, formerly a German city carrying the name Breslau. The schools official establishment in Wroclaw is November 1. 1945. At that time it was only an Institute of Veterinary Medicine with an Animal clinic, operating together with Institute of Agriculture. In 1972 it got the name Wroclaw Academy of Agriculture, in 2006 it was upgraded to University level and renamed again to Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is one of five Faculties at the University. | | |History=The roots of the schools establishment goes back to Lviv 1881, where the school was located until the second World War.
