Animal Hospital (Animal Health Research and Application Center) in Uludağ University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine has been put into service on 16 April 2008. Our hospital with its 7500 m2 closed area has been one of the few animal hospitals that have been accredited by EAEVE (European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education) in Turkey. Entrance floor of the building which has been giving service as hospital has 5000 m2 closed area.
Our hospital, as in other developed countries, has been planned according to animal species with European standards of structure. Thus, there are three clinics as small animal clinic, horse clinic and farm animal clinic. Our hospital is working 7 days and 24 hours. There are information desk, waiting room, emergency clinic, pharmacy, cash desk, radio-diagnostic center, sterilization center, laundry room and multiple rooms, and halls for examination and practice for animals. Emergency clinic consists of; examination rooms for animals and rooms for doctor and students on duty.
