* Regerative anaemia - on account of gastric haemorrhage

A Regerative anaemia may be present due to gastric haemorrhage. Electrolyte disturabnces will be evident following vomiting and also elevated BUN and creatinine levels due to dehydration.

* Electrolyte disturbances - secondary to vomiting

If hepatic metastasis has occured or if there is obstruction to the common bile duct hepatic enzymes will also be increased.

* Elevated BUN and creatinine - due to dehydration

* Elevated hepatic enzymes - if hepatic metastasis has occured or if there is obstruction to the common bile duct.
