* assigning some people solely to the role of proofreading and editing would be really helpful as there would be a chain of checks and balances that way

* again, this has to do with delineating tasks. think it would be nice to have some people just work on more creative things such as quizzes,games, interesting case studies, mind maps, etc that give a more problem solving approach to learning
