Lice

  • Several species of chewing lice
    • Lipeurus spp. are the most pathogenic
      • The 'wing louse' and the 'head louse'
    • Menacanthus spp. are also pathogenic
      • Lays its eggs in clusters around the cloaca
  • No sucking lice
