  • Transcoelomic spread, direct implantation
  • Ovarian, bile duct carcinomas, pancreatic and intestinal adenocarcinomas, gastric squamous cell carcinomas or any other abdominal neoplasia
  • Widespread metastases on peritoneum = carcinosis
