THELAZIA SPECIES
General
- Eye worm, T. lacrymalis.
- Spiruroid nematode (1-2cm long).
- Conjunctival sac, inner aspect of third eyelid.
- Quite common (up to 30% UK horses).
- Non-pathogenic.
Life-Cycle
- Indirect LC; nuisance flies, Musca species.
