- Intense pruritus
- Grossly:
- Small, red papules or crusts
- Orange to red larvae
- On skin close to plants or the ground
- Microscopically:
- Hyperplastic, superficial perivascular dermatitis
- Eosinophils, mast cells
- Intraepidermal mites
