Occurs in horses
Usually originate in maxillary sinus
Can extend to other sinuses
Some have dentigerous origin
Many are congenital
Histology:
- Lined with pseudostratified epithelium overlying granulation tissue
- Haemorrhage under the epithelium
- Cyst walls contain bone spicules with osteoclastic and osteoblastic activity
