- Occurs in horses
- Usually originate in maxillary sinus
- Can extend to other sinuses
- Some have dentigerous origin
- Many are congenital
- Histology:
- Lined with pseudostratified epithelium overlying granulation tissue
- Haemorrhage under the epithelium
- Cyst walls contain bone spicules with osteoclastic and osteoblastic activity
