- Occurs in Dachshunds
- Bilateral axillary hyperpigmentation, lichenification, alopecia
- May be followed by secondary pyoderma or seborrhea
- Microscopically:
- Thickened epidermis by mainly acanthosis
- Hyperkeratosis
- Increased melanin in epidermis
