Pathological fracture
Pain
Hypercalcaemia - due to resorption of bone
Most patients present with both, bone resorption and new bone formation in response to stress on the cortex. New bone formation occurs mostly in neoplasms with fibrous stroma and minimally in e.g lymphosarcoma, myeloma.
