  • Grossly:
    • Papules, crusts, alopecia, excoriations, lichenification
  • Microscopically:
    • Superficial and dep perivascular dermatitis
    • Many eosinophils
    • Epidermal hyperplasia
    • Hyperkeratosis
    • Dermal fibrosis
    • Possibly eosinophilic folliculitis, intraepidermal pustules and eosinophilic granulomas
