  • Occurs in cats
  • Broken hairs cused by persistent licking -> partial alopecia
  • Areas mostly affected: dorsal midline, perineal, genital, medial thigh, abdomen
  • Microscopically:
    • Usually normal skin
    • Possibly increased telogen follicles
