Cyclura spp. Ground (or Rhinocerous) iguanas are stout bulldog-like animals with dark olive-green to brown colouring. The teeth are solid and broad, and the jaw muscles are extremely powerful. Any bite from these animals should be considered dangerous. The well-muscled tail can deliver a solid whipping blow.
