Immune respone and exposure to infection
Stertorous inspiration and/or expiration
Grossly:
- White foci, variable in size on dorsolateral pharynx, extending to openings of guttural pouches and onto soft palate
Microscopically:
- Hyperplasia of lymphoid cells within the nodules
