The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine University of Nairobi (UoN) offers three Degree programmes namely:

Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM)
Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM)
Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Technology
Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Technology
Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management.

There are also four Certificate Programmes, one Diploma Course in Animal Health and Production and several Postgraduate programmes which include fifteen Master of Science programmes and one PhD programme.

The BVM course takes five years while the other undergraduate programmes take four years. The Certificate Courses take one year while the Diploma courses take three years. The Post graduate courses take a minimum of two years.
