Systemic Mycoses
System mycoses affect mainly lungs. They may spread or be directly inocculated into cutaneous tissue and may occur in hosts with normal immune function. Grossly they form nodular areas with or without ulceration or draining fistulas. Microscopically they are granulomas or pyogranulomas.
