Summary

Description	Coombs test schematic.png schematic of the Coombs (or antiglobulin) test, showing what is performed and the micro- and macroscopic changes that occur. With a - direct or indirect - negative test result (not shown), agglutination will not occur and the tube will look exactly like it was in the previous step.
