Nasal neoplasia: Majority of growths are malignant, locally invasive but do not metastasise. They are usually pale, soft, fleshy or friable and may be osteoma or osteosarcoma, chondroma or chondrosarcoma, fibroma or fibrosarcoma, myxoma or myxosarcoma, haemangioma or haemangiosarcoma, adenoma or adenocarcinoma.
