Subcutaneous Mycoses

Subcutaneous mycoses are localised or may spread to lymphatics. Grossly they are similar to bacterial granulomatous infections, usually ulcerated and may have draining fistulas. Microscopically they are nodular to coalescing. They cause suppurative, pyogranulomatous or granulomatous inflammation.
