Evan's syndrome

Introduction
Evan's syndrome refers to the concurrent presence of immune-mediated haemolytic anaemia (IMHA) and immune-mediated thrombocytopaenia (ITP) in the same patient. Animals suffering from this disease have a poorer prognosis than those with either disease alone.
